We have a freelance assignment available for a Senior Planner on the £60mill redevelopment of Nottingham Mainline Train Station.
The position is immediately available so we are looking for candidates who are able to take up the position by Monday 27th August.
The scheme comprises the reconstruction of the station concourse and buildings along with extensive works to the track and associated structures so experience of major projects in a live-rail environment is prerequisite.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the detailed working programme covering design and approvals, procurement and construction activities.
You will then go on to undertake the development of detailed phasing plans to plan out and clearly illustrate complex project logistics so sound planning ability and consideration of construction logistics are essential. Use of AutoCAD to prepare phasing plans would be helpful and experience of possession planning would also be prefereable.
