We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the track renewals team based at Tonbridge.
You will be expected to develop, plan, manage and deliver complex rail projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all stages the renewals process with the Senior Project Manager and planning Manager in initial pre-planning stages.
-Plan and implement track renewals work and projects
-Develop and manage detailed plans, submissions and preliminary designs
-Manage 1-1 relationships with the Client
-Manage on site teams
Desirable:
-You will have worked on many rail-contracting jobs in your career.
-You will have broad understanding of specialist disciplines- Signalling, Electrification, ETM and Permanent Way.
-You will be able to monitor and review budgets and control expenditure
-5-10 years experience working on track renewals
-Coaching and mentoring skills
