Salary: £250 A day (Outside IR35)
We are looking for a handy individual with electrical experience to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Operative, your duties will include:
- Fixing anything within the depot, including light fixtures and general maintenance.
- Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on assets within the office.
- Utilizing electrical expertise to address specific issues and ensure the facility's electrical systems are in good working order.
- Proven experience as a handyman with electrical expertise.
- Ability to handle various maintenance tasks, including light fixtures and general upkeep.
- Competence in preventative and reactive maintenance procedures.
- Electrical qualifications or relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Day shifts from 6 am to 4 pm.
- Rotating schedule: 4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off.
